TerryWhite Chemmart is a leading pharmacy brand, with over 550 stores across Australia.
To help bring their ‘Dedicated to Care’ brand promise to life, TerryWhite Chemmart engaged Amanda to conceive, develop and present and produce a custom video-based training program for the thousands of TerryWhite Chemmart team members to inspire them to deliver EPIC experiences to customers and patients.

At TWC, we’ve been lucky enough to work with Amanda over the last few years – straddling a number of large-scale national conferences and education events, through to state based roadshows – and every time she has delivered a keynote worthy of a standing ovation, full of relevant and up to date information that engages our audience – but more than that, leaves them with tangible actions that they can implement the second they walk out of the room!
When it came time to work on refreshing our customer experience framework, Amanda was the first person who sprung to mind. The process was simple right from the very beginning – she understood the brief, replied with an outline and a plan which included workshopping, ideation and within just a couple of weeks we’d created the program, finalised the scripts and locked in dates for filming. The thing I loved most is the attention and care that Amanda delivers in this program – it’s infused with real world stories, customers and solutions.
In the end, the product that we created is an engaging program that will deliver benefits for our customers – and it’s already been rolled out to our network with incredible feedback coming back from those on the front line.
